Outdoor Booth Exhibitor Details:

Each exhibitor will be allocated a 10x10 space situated together with others under a large, communal pop-up tent. This arrangement ensures all outdoor booths are centrally located, providing a cohesive experience for attendees and exhibitors.
- Expo staff must be available from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm on Friday, April 19 to staff their booths.
- All expo displays are encouraged to provide a unique fleet-related giveaway item, if possible, or offer a digital experience for guests.
- Registration within this portal is required.

Vehicle Display & Ride-Along Exhibitor Details:
Vehicle Load-in: Thursday, April 18, 2024
12:00 Noon- 5:00 pm
Vehicle Load-out: Friday, April 19, 2024
Begins at 1:30 pm (Ride-Along exhibitors)
Begins at 2:00 pm (Vehicle display exhibitors)
Ride-Along Schedule: Friday, April 19, 2024
Safety Briefing: 7am – 8:30 am
Media & VIP Ride-Along: 8:30 – 9:00 am
General Attendance: 9:30 – 1:30 pm
Details:
- All vehicles must be removed from the venue by 5:00 pm on April 19, 2024.
- Vehicle Display staff must stay with the vehicle from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm on Friday, April 19 if your vehicle will be unlocked.
- Vehicles must be parked overnight to ensure setup is complete before the event.
- EV Fleet Day will take place at SDG&E’s campus, with overnight security provided at no cost to protect your vehicle.
- Must provide a certificate of insurance for each registered vehicle.
- Registration within this portal is required.
Please note, your participation in this event is at your own risk and expense. While there is no charge to participate, SDG&E will require you to provide a certificate of insurance after you register in this portal. By registering your company here, you agree San Diego Gas & Electric Company shall not incur or assume any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, or expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by any visitors or participants of SDG&E's EV Fleet Day load-in or event.
